Value is a consensus, not a command

A published value summarizes what traders recently accepted, adjusted for outliers and manipulation attempts. When liquidity is thin, the same item might clear 10% apart on consecutive days; wider fair ranges are normal.

High-authority lists weight completed trades more than asking prices. Asking prices reveal intent; completed trades reveal reality.

Inputs that move trade values

Scarcity sets the ceiling story; demand sets the short-term slope; liquidity determines how fast you can exit a position. Seasonal events, game updates, and creator announcements can reorder all three within a week.

  • RAP / recent averages — strong for Roblox limiteds with transparent sales history
  • Demand score — wishlist velocity, search interest, offer volume
  • Liquidity tier — how quickly the item clears near reference value
  • Rarity band — permanent retirements vs farmable drops

Using values in real trades

Compare package totals in the trade calculator, then inspect item-level demand on the values hub. If totals align but demand is asymmetric, expect negotiation friction or longer hold times.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do two sites show different values?

Different sample windows, outlier rules, and demand weighting produce small drifts. Use ranges and recent trade context—not a single integer.
