1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Traderie ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Traderie. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Traderie provides a platform for Roblox players to:

• View and track Roblox item values across multiple games and categories
• Create trading profiles with "I Have" and "I Want" lists
• Discover compatible trading partners through automated matching algorithms
• Access market analytics, trends, and trading insights
• Communicate with other traders to negotiate exchanges
• Access educational resources about safe and profitable trading

Important: We do not facilitate, execute, or process trades directly. All actual trades occur through Roblox's official trading system or within individual Roblox games. We provide information, matching, and communication tools only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain Platform features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access or security breaches
• Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account

3.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our Platform. Users under 18 should have parental permission to use the Platform. We reserve the right to request age verification and terminate accounts that violate age requirements.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose security risks to the Platform or community. You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

4.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Scamming, defrauding, or attempting to deceive other users
• Providing false information about item values or trade terms
• Impersonating other users, moderators, or staff members
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate trust scores or avoid bans

4.2 Platform Manipulation

• Attempting to manipulate item values through coordinated actions or false data
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts without explicit permission
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Circumventing security features or access restrictions

4.3 Harmful Content and Behavior

• Posting offensive, abusive, threatening, or harassing content
• Sharing adult content, violence, or other inappropriate material
• Spamming, flooding, or posting repetitive content
• Engaging in hate speech, discrimination, or targeted harassment

4.4 Illegal Activities

• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engaging in money laundering or other financial crimes
• Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code

4.5 Roblox Terms Violations

• Encouraging or facilitating violations of Roblox's Terms of Service
• Requesting or sharing Roblox passwords or account credentials
• Promoting account theft, hacking, or unauthorized access
• Trading or selling Roblox accounts (against Roblox TOS)

5. Trading Guidelines

5.1 No Direct Trade Facilitation

We provide information and matching services only. All trades occur through Roblox's official systems or within Roblox games. We do not handle items, Robux, or execute trades on users' behalf. We never ask for Roblox passwords or account credentials.

5.2 Value Information Disclaimer

Item values displayed on our Platform are estimates based on market data analysis and should be used as general reference points only. Actual trade values may vary. We do not guarantee value accuracy and are not responsible for trade losses resulting from reliance on our value data. Always verify values independently before trading.

5.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, negotiations, and transactions. Exercise caution, verify trader reputations, check values independently, and only trade through official Roblox systems. We are not liable for losses from scams, unfair trades, or disputes between users.

5.4 Dispute Resolution

Trade disputes should be resolved between trading parties or through Roblox support. While we may provide trust score information and facilitate communication, we cannot reverse trades, recover lost items, or force dispute resolution. Report scammers and fraudulent users so we can ban them from our Platform.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, and algorithms are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

6.2 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (trading profiles, messages, reviews, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content for Platform operation and promotion purposes.

6.3 Third-Party Trademarks

Roblox, Adopt Me, Murder Mystery 2, and other game names and trademarks are property of their respective owners. Our use of these trademarks does not imply endorsement or affiliation. We make no claim to ownership of third-party trademarks and use them solely for descriptive purposes.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 "AS IS" Service

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7.3 Third-Party Actions

We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or content of Platform users or third parties. You agree to release us from claims and damages arising from disputes with other users or third parties. We do not control Roblox's platform, trading systems, or policies and are not responsible for changes, issues, or problems with Roblox services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Traderie, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Your violation of third-party rights including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Content you submit to the Platform
• Your trading activities and transactions with other users

9. Modifications to Platform and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice. We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through email or Platform notices. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law provisions.
